GO IN AND IN
WISDOM IN THE WINTER
FEBRUARY 7, 2026
BEAUSOLIEL FARM, MIDDLETOWN, MD
SOLD OUT
MEDITATION & MINDFUL MOVEMENT DAYLONG RETREAT
In the heart of winter, we find ourselves in the quiet season of turning inward. Nature reminds us of the sacred art of retreat — the gentle slowing down that nourishes renewal from within. Like the bear in her cave, we are invited to rest, listen, and restore.
Inspired by Danna Faulds’ poem “Go In and In,” this daylong retreat is a gentle invitation to enter the quiet chambers of your own being — to soften into stillness, reconnect with your essence, and rediscover the deep well of peace that lives beneath all movement and change.
Held at the stunning Beausoleil Farm in Middletown, Maryland, this immersive day combines mindfulness meditation, embodied movement, and time in nature to bring balance and renewal to body, mind, and heart. Guided by Cathy Shaw — whose teaching is rooted in compassion, community, love, and peace — you’ll spend the day in good company, surrounded by beauty and like-hearted souls.
This is your invitation to return to yourself — through breath, through presence, through belonging — and to emerge nourished, inspired, and deeply at home within.
Cost: $250 per person, including transportation, all practices, a farm-to-table lunch and dinner, and a wine/mead tasting.
