Join our weekly sessions, where mindfulness, iRest yoga Nidra, yogic philosophy, and Vedic meditation come together to help you cultivate calm and clarity in your everyday life. Whether you're a seasoned practitioner or just starting out, this is a welcoming space to connect with yourself and others, nurturing your mind, body, and spirit.

We meet virtually every Thursday at 12 noon for 15 minutes. Join when you can from wherever you are and share in the collective consciousness that nourishes and grounds us all.
