SOUND MASSAGE

Sound massage is a modern method rooted in ancient knowledge of the positive effects of sound.  It provides deep relaxation, harmonizes the body and provides space to let go of what no longer serves you.  During a sound massage, metal bowls are placed on your body and lightly struck to send relaxing sound waves throughout your entire body.  “The sound of the singing bowl touches our innermost soul and brings it into vibration.
