Personalized Yoga Therapy for Real Life

True wellness doesn’t come from pushing harder or doing more. It comes from learning how to relate to yourself with greater awareness, steadiness, and care—especially in the middle of real life. Remember Together is a personalized yoga therapy program designed to support you in exactly that process.

Yoga therapy is a one-on-one, client-centered approach that uses the tools of yoga—movement, breathwork, mindfulness, meditation, and guided reflection—to support your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. It is not about performance, flexibility, or achieving a “perfect” practice. It is about working with your body and mind in a way that is sustainable, supportive, and meaningful for you. This work meets you where you are. Whether you are dealing with stress, anxiety, grief, chronic pain, burnout, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself, yoga therapy offers practical tools to help you feel more grounded, clear, and resourced in daily life.
 

Why “Remember Together”?

The word remember literally means “to bring back together.”In modern life, it’s easy to feel fragmented—pulled in different directions, disconnected from your body, or stuck in patterns of stress and reactivity. In our work together, we focus on gently bringing things back into alignment: your breath, your attention, your nervous system, and your sense of steadiness. And we do it together, not from a place of judgment, and not with pressure to “get it right.” This is a collaborative process. I work alongside you to help you notice what’s happening in your system and to build practices that actually fit your life, your needs, and your capacity.

  • Reduce stress and anxiety and feel more emotionally steady

  • Improve sleep and nervous system regulation

  • Navigate grief, transitions, or burnout with more support

  • Ease physical tension or chronic discomfort

What Sessions Look Like

Each session is individualized and may include:

  • Gentle, accessible movement practices

  • Breathwork to support regulation and focus

  • Meditation and mindfulness techniques

  • Yoga Nidra and deep rest practices

  • Simple tools you can use in everyday moments of stress

  • Reflection and conversation to help you better understand your patterns and needs

You don’t need prior yoga experience. You don’t need flexibility. You don’t need to “be good at meditation.” You just need to show up as you are.
 

A Grounded, Supportive Approach

My role is to guide, support, and help you translate the tools of yoga into something practical and usable in your real life. This work is trauma-informed, compassionate, and rooted in the understanding that lasting change happens gradually, through small, consistent shifts.
