Remember Together is a personalized program designed to support you in this journey. It’s more than just a wellness program—it’s a holistic approach that blends the timeless wisdom of yoga philosophy with modern mindfulness practices. Through one-on-one sessions, we’ll work together to build, refine, or deepen your yoga practice, explore meditation, cultivate mindfulness, and nurture self-awareness and compassion—all to help you create a life of vibrant well-being.
Each session is tailored to your individual needs and goals, whether you’re a seasoned yogi or new to the practice. This program is built on a foundation of personalized care and attention, guiding you toward inner peace and balance.

PROGRAM DETAILS:

Customized Sessions: Each yoga, mindfulness meditation and/or sound healing session will be designed specifically to meet your needs and aspirations, focusing on areas you wish to develop, whether it’s improving flexibility, mastering new poses, or deepening your stillness practice.

Accountability: Weekly communication between sessions to encourage and support your practice.

Weekly, Virtual Meditation Sessions: Individuals in group meditation are 20% more likely to maintain a regular practice than those meditating alone. You will have access to a private meditation group that meets weekly, encouraging a sense of connection, consistency and support.

Flexible Locations: Choose to practice in my home studio space, thoughtfully prepared to create a peaceful and inspiring environment, or enjoy the convenience of sessions in your own home.

Holistic Growth: We will integrate the fundamental principles of yoga philosophy, such as Ahimsa (non-violence), Satya (truthfulness), and Santosha (contentment), applying them to our daily lives and interactions. This holistic approach ensures that our practice is not confined to the mat but extends into every aspect of our lives.

Personal Connection: Working one-on-one allows for a deeper connection, enabling me to provide you with personalized feedback and adjustments that honor your unique journey.

at $75/session each
