Remember Together is more than just a yoga and mindfulness program – it's a holistic approach to wellness that integrates the ancient wisdom of yoga philosophy with modern mindfulness practices. Through personalized, one-on-one sessions, we'll work together to deepen your yoga practice, cultivate mindfulness, and nurture a deeper sense of self-awareness and compassion to help you to cultivate a lifestyle of vibrant well-being.

This program is built on the foundation of personalized care and attention. Each session is tailored specifically to meet your unique needs and aspirations, whether you're a seasoned yogi looking to refine your practice or a newcomer seeking inner peace and balance.

PROGRAM DETAILS:

  • Customized Sessions: Each yoga, mindfulness meditation and/or sound healing session will be designed specifically to meet your needs and aspirations, focusing on areas you wish to develop, whether it’s improving flexibility, mastering new poses, or deepening your meditation practice.
     

  • Accountability: Weekly communication between sessions to encourage and support your practice.
     

  • Weekly, Virtual Meditation Sessions: Individuals in group meditation are 20% more likely to maintain a regular practice than those meditating alone.  You will have access to a private meditation group that meets weekly, encouraging a sense of connection, consistency and support.
     

  • Flexible Locations: Choose to practice in my home studio space, thoughtfully prepared to create a peaceful and inspiring environment, or enjoy the convenience of sessions in your own home.
     

  • Holistic Growth: We will integrate the fundamental principles of yoga philosophy, such as Ahimsa (non-violence), Satya (truthfulness), and Santosha (contentment), applying them to our daily lives and interactions. This holistic approach ensures that our practice is not confined to the mat but extends into every aspect of our lives.
     

  • Personal Connection: Working one-on-one allows for a deeper connection, enabling me to provide you with personalized feedback and adjustments that honor your unique journey.

COST
(all sessions 75 minutes)
OPTION 1 - $150 for 1 session or join with a friend for semi private offering
at $75/session each
OPTION 2 - $550 for 4 sessions
OPTION 3 - $1100 for 8 sessions
