VINYASA YOGA

Vinyasa is a dynamic style of Hatha yoga in which movements form a flowing sequence in coordination with the breath. Cathy's all-levels classes are designed to cultivate heat in the body with creative sequences which can include sun salutations, standing and seated postures, back bending, arm balancing, and a strong focus on the power of breath awareness. Suitable for beginners and advanced yogis alike. Modifications are always offered and all are welcome.

Cathy currently teaches group classes Tuesdays at 10:30am and Fridays at 5:30pm at Evolutions Annapolis.  She also offers private instruction and private group classes upon request (click button below to schedule).
