Keep your practice flowing with these two yoga classes to enjoy in the safety & comfort of your home! Enjoy a 25 minute Level 1 Vinyasa class and work your way up to this 20 minute more challenging flow. Great when you don't have an hour to spare & convenient anytime you want to roll out your mat.
