Our conditionings, limiting beliefs and traumas play a powerful role in shrouding our essence, yet we can grant ourselves permission to see what lies beneath. The ancient practices of Yoga, Mindfulness, Meditation and Sound Therapy are tools to guide and support us in unearthing our truth, restoring our health, reducing our suffering, and tapping in to our essential nature.
Whether you are looking for ways to reduce anxiety and stress, optimize your health & wellness, manage pain from grief/loss, lessen suffering from trauma, or embark upon a journey of self discovery, I am here to support you in finding your way.

Keep your practice flowing with these two yoga classes to enjoy in the safety & comfort of your home! Enjoy a 25 minute Level 1 Vinyasa class and work your way up to this 20 minute more challenging flow. Great when you don't have an hour to spare & convenient anytime you want to roll out your mat.
